The Central Valley Health & Nutrition Collaborative (CVHNC) is comprised of more than 100 health and nutrition-related partner organizations and more than 250 individuals who are committed to the health of residents in Mariposa, Merced, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kings and Kern Counties. The Collaborative brings organizations together to address regional health concerns through policy, prevention and intervention activities.
The Collaborative is supported in part by the Central Valley Health Network, California Department of Public Health, Network for a Healthy California, with funding from the USDA Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.

CVHNC works collectively to advocate for policies and environmental changes that promote wellness through life-long healthy eating and physical activity.

All Central Valley residents practice healthy eating habits, enjoy physical activity and live in communities that value and support healthy lifestyles.
