Renovation Phase 3! There has been lots of progress at our new Burke county location at 205 Morgan St. SE. Valdese, NC!

As you know from our last News & Events update, Catawba Valley Healthcare purchased our future forever home for Burke County in the fall of 2023! Our new home for Burke County will be: 205 Morgan St SE, Valdese 28690.

As of October 13, 2023, Catawba Valley Healthcare’s Morganton offices are no longer located at 301 E Meeting Street, Ste 104. Due to unforeseen circumstances, CVH had to make some changes to our footprint in Burke County, but we put in place a plan to ensure that all our clients are taken care of and all needs during this time of transition are addressed.

Starting Dec. 1st, North Carolina will be providing health insurance coverage to more people through Medicaid.

This week we learn about Tiffany Randazza – Clinical Officer at Catawba Valley Healthcare.  In 2023, the CCUW is helping to fund the agency’s primary care for adults with mental health issues.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) is investing more than $2 million to support 11 organizations across North Carolina to improve access to behavioral health care services in rural and marginalized communities and in HPSAs (Health Professional Shortage Areas).

The Chamber of Catawba County hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for Catawba Valley Healthcare, (CVH), on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. at Hickory Clinic located at 327 1st Avenue NW in Hickory, North Carolina.
